Privacy Policy

FootMapper ("the Service") is a decision-support tool for certified reflexologists. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Therapist account: name, email, optional certification number.
  • Client records entered by the therapist: name, age, phone, complaints, treatment notes.
  • Foot photographs taken by the therapist with the client's explicit, documented consent. Photos are health data and are treated with heightened protection.

How data is used

Client data is used solely to provide the Service to the treating therapist: foot-zone mapping, treatment journals and work plans. Photos are analyzed to highlight visual findings for the therapist. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and never share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

Storage & security

Data is stored in the EU (Stockholm) on Supabase, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Access is isolated per therapist (row-level security). Foot photos are automatically deleted 24 months after capture. Hosting is provided by Vercel; email delivery by our email provider. These processors act under data-processing agreements.

Consent

The therapist must obtain the client's explicit consent before photographing. The Service technically blocks storing scans for clients without an active consent record. Consent may be revoked at any time; revocation blocks new scans.

Your rights

Clients and therapists may request access, export, correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. Deleting a client permanently removes all their records and photos.

Not a medical service

The Service does not provide medical diagnosis and does not replace medical care. AI outputs are suggestions for the professional judgment of the certified therapist only.

  • Eligibility. The Service is intended for certified reflexology practitioners aged 18+. You are responsible for the accuracy of your certification details.
  • Professional responsibility. You remain solely responsible for every treatment decision. AI outputs are informational suggestions only and must not be presented to clients as diagnosis.
  • Client consent. You must obtain and document each client's informed consent before photographing their feet or storing their data, and honor revocations.
  • Acceptable use. No uploading of content unrelated to reflexology treatment, no attempt to access other users' data, no reverse engineering.
  • Availability. The Service is provided "as is" during its pilot phase; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Export your data regularly.
  • Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
  • Termination. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts violating these terms. Upon closure your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

This document is a working draft prepared for the pilot phase and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial launch.

  • Compte thรฉrapeute : nom, e-mail, numรฉro de certification (optionnel).
  • Dossiers clients saisis par le thรฉrapeute : nom, รขge, tรฉlรฉphone, plaintes, notes de traitement.
  • Photographies des pieds prises par le thรฉrapeute avec le consentement explicite et documentรฉ du client. Ce sont des donnรฉes de santรฉ, protรฉgรฉes de maniรจre renforcรฉe.

Utilisation

Les donnรฉes clients servent uniquement ร  fournir le Service au thรฉrapeute traitant : cartographie des zones, journal des traitements et plans de travail. Nous ne vendons pas les donnรฉes, ne les utilisons pas ร  des fins publicitaires et ne les partageons pas au-delร  des sous-traitants listรฉs ci-dessous.

Stockage et sรฉcuritรฉ

Les donnรฉes sont hรฉbergรฉes dans l'UE (Stockholm) chez Supabase, chiffrรฉes au repos (AES-256) et en transit (TLS). L'accรจs est isolรฉ par thรฉrapeute. Les photos sont supprimรฉes automatiquement 24 mois aprรจs la prise. Hรฉbergement web : Vercel ; envoi d'e-mails : notre prestataire de messagerie โ€” tous liรฉs par des accords de traitement des donnรฉes (RGPD).

Consentement

Le thรฉrapeute doit obtenir le consentement explicite du client avant toute photographie. Le Service bloque techniquement l'enregistrement de scans sans consentement actif. Le consentement est rรฉvocable ร  tout moment.

Vos droits

Clients et thรฉrapeutes peuvent demander l'accรจs, l'export, la rectification ou la suppression de leurs donnรฉes ร  tout moment. La suppression d'un client efface dรฉfinitivement tous ses dossiers et photos.

Pas un service mรฉdical

Le Service ne fournit aucun diagnostic mรฉdical et ne remplace pas les soins mรฉdicaux. Les rรฉsultats de l'IA sont des suggestions destinรฉes au seul jugement professionnel du thรฉrapeute certifiรฉ.
